I have used BgInfo created by *Mark Russinovic* (I am proud to say I have talked to a professional like him many times right on this forum since 2002)
The software rocks and is free to download. I'd like to know how can that software after activated changes the background into an image for users to zoom out freely ?

He doesn't provide the source code, I have no clue about it at all ?
