How to do parsing for xml file with more than 1GB using StAx?

Hi,

After I've gone through many sites regarding "parsing XML file more than 1 GB in java", i've understood that StAX can be useful for parsing these files. My question is now, can we do parallel xml parsing through StAX?
If yes, pls provide me the code snippet or approach.
