HTML Help

I am experienced in creaing and using Winhelp(.Hlp file). I am looking for a small example of creating a HTML (.chm) file. Can someone suggest me a good reference (preferably online) where I can find a example containg sample HTML Project file, Topic File, Content File and Index File. I was uanble to find it in Microsoft's Help system for HTML Help Workshop (Version 1.3)
