I need help with this function:

WebClient.UploadFile(string URI, string fileName);

I have tried examples, but I allways get the error:
"The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed"

Is there any sharing/writeaccess-problems on the URI that needs to be resolved to get this function to work?
