How do you include a Excel spreadsheet in in a VB program

Put at OLE object onto the form you want the spreadsheet on. When you do this, the "Insert Object" dialog box pops up and lets you choose the app or file you want to embed into your application. Be sure to notice the "Display as Icon" check setting at the side.
