    ActiveX Control

    Hello,
I am looking for an analog "clock" looking control that allows me to assign a time value based on clicking in a "region" of the "dial".... this would be similar to the way MS Calendar works.... Does anyone know where I could source such a control? I do not want to use a digital, up/down arrow configuration.
Alternatively how would I go about building something like this?
    Thanks in advance

    Re: ActiveX Control

To build your own OCX control like this will require you to create a UserControl and subclass it to determine where the user clicked on it.
Your best bet would be to download the ImageMap[/i] source code from http://www.MerrionComputing.com/Download/index.htm and hack out all the stuff that about regions etc that you don't need and start from there...

Check out the new downloads - ImageMap.ocx is the VB control that emulates an HTML image map, EventVB.OCX for adding new events to your VB form and adding System Tray support simply, MCL Hotkey for implemenmting system-wide hotkeys in your application...all with source code included.
