    splitter

    how do i do a splitter or use a splitter just like in Visual C++'s CSplitterWnd?

    CSplitterWnd? Are you trying to split space for controls in a window? If this is the case, take a look at code generated by Vb wizard: on start of Vb choose Vb wizard Application. Choose explorer style application,let other options as default (you can choose to have less menu items and toolbars buttons), and see how microsoft developed a splitter bar...
