Hi there, I have a .net application which uses ADO.Net (system.data.oledb) to talk to an Access back end.

This works fine on all operating systems except NT4 where as soon as the app tries to access the database it just shuts down, no exception thrown, no error message, nothing.

Has anyone else come across anything similar? Any suggestions?

The spec of the machine is:
NT4 service pack 6
.net framework service pack 2
Access 97
IE 6
MDAC 2.7
