    Question SMS application development (how to start)

    Hi

    I am going to write an SMS application using ANSI C and operating system is Unix. I am new to this type of application and dont know from where to start . Can anybody tell me how can I start sms application development and what resources are needed to develop sms application. If anyone knows about any helping article or website or if anyone has some sample code in C language , please do send it to me. I will be thankful to you.

    Also what is message sending structure , i mean how message travel from pc to mobile phone.

    I think you should get more information about Mobile Computing, and about WAP. You can see www.wapforum.com. I am not sure how Ansi C and Unix can be used, but you should know WML and WMLScript.
