Can't create ASP.net web app with VStuido

I'm not sure what to do I'm just trying to create a
C# Web app with Visual Studio.net and ASP.net

but I get an error saying can't create webapp.. path not avalible or accessable or something.

What do I do?
I dont have a web server yet, so I jsut want to learn on my computer right now...so am I missing something?

I'm using the MCAD/MCSD book and it doesn't mention this really.

I'm running XP Pro

and Visual Studio .Net

You need IIS installed.
