See MSDN.
Search HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and Run keywords.

What part of the post you do not understand?
I will try to make it simpler:
Search for "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" keyword or
search for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" keyword and
search for "Run" keyword.
Better yet:
Choose Search tab in MSDN help.
Type "HKEY_CURRENT_USER near run" in a search box.
Press List Topics button.
Or
Choose Search tab in MSDN help.
Type "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE near run" in a search box.
Press List Topics button.
