Hello all,

I am opening a frame of size (300,300)from an applet. That is On a mouseclick event i am opening a popup window . The frame that is opened is in a required state in IE but it is just flahing and minimizing in NetScape(4.7). Can any one tell me how can i make it appear in the
specified length. Also i will be greateful if you give me an idea of how to stop the resizability of the frame.

NOTE : setResizable(false) is not working in browser.
