Hello,

I would like to create a client side application (preferably in java) that can interact with my web server.

Requirements:
I must be able to start the client side program by clicking on a link in my web site.

I must be able to send information from my server to the client.

I must be able to receive information from the client.

Can somebody point me in the right direction?
