hi, in Windows NT network there is a chat where i can dial other systems and chat with the user. i was wondering how that works and if there is a way i can use vb to use api to access it so i can make my own program for the chat system. i know this is a little hard to understand and i shoukdn't have asked it but what the hell. thanks
