For the voting, I am not sure because a vote for the European constitution may depend on the country you live in rather than the country you come from. There are a certain number of election for which I can already vote in Ireland.

Well, I'll have to ask the ambassy. But they might send me something as well as I have already registered.

As for the job market in Ireland, I don't really know, but I think it is not too bad at the moment. Why ? Do you want to come in Ireland ?
