I have this problem

I have got a project in Visual C++ that graphically consists of a mainframe that includes a toolbar a menu and a dialog box.

When I resize the window that contains the application I have to "block" the height and the width at a determinated dimension.For example the height cannot be < 100 and so the window when the resize achieves this dimension can not be minimized further.

Which function could help me?
