adding tabs to tabctrl heelp! =)

Hello,

I got a pretty stupid q. ;P

How the heck do I create a conent in my diffrent tabs =) (i.e. listviews etc).. I've done a
CTabCtrl m_tabctrl; and then I want to add controls runtime , I know how to create diffrent tab sheets but not how to add a content on them(like a clistctrl)
