A manager needs to authorise a word document with some sort of visual annotation such as a signature tiff so the sender can see that the document has been authorised.
This visual annotation needs to be 1. Verified by the sender as genuine
2. Unable to be copied by the user for unauthorise use.

I am after suggestions on a direction to take with this - digital signature ? - encrypted images ?
