I am using NT Server With Server Pack 5. I installed option pack 4.0 March 1999 edition. All my services exept Client Authority startsup. If I try to start the process manualy I receive the following error. Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function.

If I use service pack 3 everything runs smoothly. I need at least service pack 5 on the server.
