hi,
i've got a program with some TAPI/MAPI initialization code in it. I'm actaully maintaining the code.... the problem is that when a word doc is opened (thru file manager by double clicking) then it takes ages (and that a....g....e....s) to load - however if I comment out the TAPI/MAPI initialization everything works fine and the doc loads up quickly....

any ideas what the problem could be ??
