Hi friends,

I am using windows media encoder 9 series for video chat.
from the window media encoder I am encoding the web cam video and I am broadcasting on the particular port.

at the time of broadcating the motion is taking effect after 10 to 15 seconds in the client machine.

Is it possible to reduce that delay... anyone plz help me
