ps: Just wondering - how long before the id clash would happen. If the thread will prove being popular we will need a transactional mechanism here.

I see two very simple solutions:

*Serialized mode. All ideas should be sent by email to topic starter and he/she will post it here.

*We need to elect someone to be peform DPC (distributed posting coordinator) job - editing messages of other members to keep the id sequence nice and growing. Personally vote for exterminator.
