At least 5 out of 10 times I open a FileOpenDialog I go to 'Details" and also select 'Modified' (and often I put 'Modified' in first position after 'Name')

So I wonder how I can make this default behaviour in my FileOpenDialogs.

(Additional remark : how can I make it default for my useraccount [or even Local Machine] as well ?)
