I want to know how to automatic accept end line (start, end) of the line from graphic and assign the program x and y coordinate. how could i use which function. I means first load the image and then draw line on the image. how to accept the automatic x y coordinate in the matlab to assign the program.

I means x = (which function key from line on the image) and y too.
