I need some code I can drop into an existing program that will upload a file to a FTP server. I dont need an interface,it will just run in the backround. The FTP site/password is constant so no need for the user to input it.

Even better would be a way to simply add onto a file in a FTP dir. (just a basic Text file, this is for a utility that posts info about a server to a central text file)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
