I've been a little slow in replying to this thread due to a hectic work and travel schedule (and now that I've started replying, I seem to not be able to stop ).

I was wondering why you've been slacking on this site.

It's nice you've been keeping busy doing something worthwhile.

Last time I was supposed to author a book this voluminous, I didn't even get beyond the first rough topic outline - I had to cancel the project when it became apparent how much time and effort it would mean. :O

You are quite right about the time a book consumes. The book also did royally exceed my estimates.

Thank you so much again for granting me the priviledge of being one of the very first persons who are able to hold and read a printed copy.
