I want to include a summary table on my crystal report.Is there any way?

I have a report with a lot of formulas. For a better visualization of the results I want to summary these fomula results in a table and then make a chart.

My report has grouped per month en dan grouped per department. And de results of the formulas are a count of closed jobs and the percent of the closed jobs. and I want to visualise this in a circumstances- chart, which I can refresh every morning. Who can help me?
