For VS 2005/2008, is there a set option/property that rebuilds the entire project every time, even if no source code
changes have been made? It would rebuild everything, even if "Build->Build Solution" is clicked. I'm talking about
a set project option/property, not menu commands like "Build->Rebuild Solution".
