i try so hard to solve this problem but i still face problem

Now I Have Excel Sheet which contain /28/30/31 row depend on MOnth, some month have 30 day or other 31 day or 28 day.

My application should read the excel sheet. the excel sheet contain mobile Numbers,let say there 5 number distributed in 30 rows, let say the first mobile number is 123456, the application should take this number and look in rows and see where the other same number and let say the repeated in row 8,12,30 for example. now the the application should send Text sms to 123456 that say , "you are in 1,8,12,30 in October". after that continue to other row and let say now the mobile number is 787890, the application again look in excel sheet and see where this number is repeated and let say 7,9,27 now the sms that say " you are in 2,7,9,27 in October " and so one. i hope you get the idea

now the sms not problem i already write a code to send sms through modem Connect to RS232.

i only need the way to make the application now the repeted number and now the row number in Excel sheet and olso the month name which is depent on my computer DAte

please help me out in this issue ..
