can i handle the common controls?

the browse(common control) dialog in windows 7 OS displays has an edit box in which dialog names are displayed when we right click there in the edit box it displays a context menu which has about 10 items in it when compared to the windows xp which has about 4 item(cut,copy,paste,select all)

can i handle it and restrict the context menu to these items as in XP ?

plz help me.
