xma character firing a gun help?

Hi i have made a man that fires a gun but when i click to were i want the bullet to be fired it either fires towards the bottom right when i click to the right of the character or the top left when i click any were to the left of the character. it only fires to these to corners and the speed of the bullet slows down as i get closer to the center of the character dose any one know why it is doing this and what i can do to correct it.
i have attaced a notepad document of what i have done so far and a visual studio document
