Populate METAFILEPICT struct given a HMETAFILE. Missing something simple?

Pretty simple problem it seems.

			HMETAFILE hMetaFile = GetMetaFile(myMetaFile);

			METAFILEPICT myMetaPict;

			// ??? What can I do to populate the METAFILEPICT struct to access variables below.

			myMetaPict.yExt;
			myMetaPict.xExt;
