Hi all

I want to resize the desktop. i.e. i want to reduce the active desktop on the screen into twoo and give the two windows diffrente sizes. One the smaller window i want to display my message while on the other real desktop i want to do normal window tasks.
Anyone can help me with a piece of code or advise as what to study and how ti implement it.
