Hi,

We develop customer support software and our users are demanding a feature so that they can create and maintain their own customer support knowledgebase within our product.

Instead of developing this KnowledgeBase feature from scratch, I am looking for a component/control that would save me a lot of work. Basically I would like this component to have its own window and allow users to add/modify/delete/search text and present/maintain these knowledgebase articles in some form of a hierarchical tree format so that I can embed this control into our application.

It should be something similar to the HTML help window except that it should be capable of allowing new articles to be added by the user.

Any ideas? If anybody knows of any classes, controls, components etc. that I can buy off the shelf, it would be of great help to me.
