Log Files Corrupted?
Ok, I don't know if this is the right board for this problem, but I didn't know where else to put it.
The company I work for uses Webtrends Log Analyzer to create reports for websites based on .log files. Recently, one of our customers complained that the number of reported hits has dropped from 27,000 a month to some rediculously small number like 500. I looked at the .log files and noticed that the ones for recent months are not only much much smaller than usual, but also have some strange text in them. I'm concerned that thy've become corrupted somehow, but am not sure how or why this may have happened or even if there actually is a problem (maybe his site is suddenly unpopular?)
Could anyone take a peek at one of the recent files (attached) and let me know if there's something wrong with it?
Thanks for any help or advice,
Apprentice
