I have writtent a proceedure that moves text up 1 pix per 1 timer interval.

the problem is that runing under NT the proceedure runs 4 times faster than under 95 or 98?
it seems that the timer does not keep correct timing accros these 2 OSs?? any ideas on how to resolve this??
