how to retrieve the mousescrolling line on win95

I used
SystemParametersInfo (SPI_GETWHEELSCROLLLINES, 0, &ulScrollLines, 0) ; on win98/2000/XP,and it work well.But when i am on win95,it doesnt work.On msdn,SystemParametersInfo () doesnt support win95.
can someone help me??
