I want to store the following items in a table and retrieve a particular one.

EmpID, EmpName, EmpPhoto

How to store an image of the photo of employee?
How to get the row of the employee corresponding to the given photo?

Similarly, I want the code for storing Voice in table and method to retirve a
particular row.
