Hello,
I need to check if DCD,CTS are enabled or not.
I tried with MSComm but I wanna use the programm to control an UPS which uses no protocol. It only plays with DCD/CTS to say what's up with power-connection. MSComm only gives error 1001/1004.

Please help !!
