I have a toolbar in an application that I am writing. I haven't written any code for this, but when
the user double clicks on the toolbar, a Customize Toolbar window comes up, and this allows the user to move
the buttons and change the buttons on the toolbar. I DO NOT want this to happen. Is there any way I
can prevent this from happening?
