Hey

I'm considering a move to the .NET framework, but before i do it, my boss asked me to write a paper about the possible consequences of such a move both on the client machines (the ones used by the programmers, where i'll have to install the .NET framework) and on our cluster servers. The issues i should write about are as sparse as performance, compatibility (we will continue to develop applications using asp, for instance), .NET and clustering, etc.
Can somenone give some info to help me, or give some links where i can find such information ?
