URGENT : How to read data from SERIAL PORT using VB

I've made a hardware that send data (bits) to PC using serial port.

I use 4 bits of data.

I know the pins which is used to send the bits to PC (using pin number 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17).
