I am using an API function to create a DC, which I load a picture into. Then i uses bitblt to copy parts of the picture onto a form.

My problem is that the outputted image on the form is only in 16 colors despite the fact that the .bmp file is 24 bit. Also, my monitor is in 32 bit mode. Anyone know what im doing wrong?
