I have faced a problem

If I want to read a specification file from the disk and dynamically display a image . the information has to be Interpreted and figer to be drawn . how is it to be done

Like if the spec file has height = 10 width = 10 text font = aerial and many parameters how do i dynamically read these parameters and display the figure .This figure can be be a box or a cirle and so on


the second problem is how to do this using a applet.
