I have a Oracle 9i server Enterprise Edition installed on my Windows 2000 in "E:\" drive. The Windows 2000 is itself installed on my "C:\" drive. I wanted to install Oracle Developer 2000 but it gives me an error and quits. If I stop all the Oracle 9i services, Developer 2000 installs successfully but thereafter my Oracle 9i doesn't works.

Please help me to solve this problem.
