How do I make an infinite loop of opening notepads?

I tried just doing
system ("notepad")
system ("notepad")
system ("notepad")
system ("notepad")
system ("notepad")
system ("notepad")
(like about 10000)
but that only opened 2 notepads.

So what would it look like?
