How do i create a 'banner ad exchange system' where my members would only have to cut and paste my pre-formatted code to their web page. i have done this with Coldfusion -- <cfinclude templage=" "> -- however, in this case the member page must be saved as .CFM i knowthat it can also be done with server side include, but the member page must be saved as .SHTML
