CreateMailSlot - How To Use?

Could someone show me how to use the CreateMailSlot API with the following settings?
Mailslot name = \\.\mailslot\messngr
nMaxMessageSize = 0
lReadTimeout = MAILSLOT_WAIT_FOREVER
lpSecurityAttributes = bInheritHandle
