I've seen several Visual Basic programs on the web that demonstrate how to send an e-mail attachment. I'm

wondering if anyone has an example of code that inserts text from the clipboard directly into the message. I

would like to write a program that pastes an Access table into an e-mail as text. This is something that needs to

be done every day and attachments are taking up to much space on the network. I use Visual Basic 5.0. If

anyone could help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.
