Database format not recognize when using data

Sorry, but I'm using VB 6.0, with SP6, and Access 2002, and it still does not recognize my db format.
Jet 4.0 execution is automatic with SP6, isn't it?.
May the Office XP Home, SPANISH version, be having problems?.
